Navigating Neurodiversity
This course covers our signature CATS model, focusing on improving your understanding of how neurodiversity could be impacting your communication, anxiety, thinking processes and sensory processing.
The 12 Step Anxiety Program
This long course covers a range of strategies and information relating to anxiety, with the aim of supporting individuals to improve their relationship with their own anxiety, so that it no longer works against them in their day to day life.

Coaching & Support
Autism Community Network offer 1-1 coaching and support for all individuals, regardless of whether you are currently seeking a diagnosis, have recently been diagnosed, or are at the very beginning of your journey.
Coaching
Coaching involves 1-1 sessions with our Director, Allison Ward, and can support you to develop creative strategies to build resilience and cope with challenges. Coaching is available for anyone aged 12 plus and is delivered online.
Job Coaching & Progression Support
If you are currently seeking employment or wanting support and advise around job applications, reasonable adjustments, or Access to Work funding, we are able to provide specialist support from our job coaches.
